Well at least it does for many of the ordinary people of America. Our politicians of course love everything that he comes out with but what do they know.
There have been protests in downtown Chicago which apparently have beem ignored by the mainstream American media.
Ignored or not the gentleman in this photograph certainly seems to have an opinion which is contrary to what the mainstream would like. I do not know who he is but he has a new friend.
This lady is trying to find a way of getting her message across that will seem more familiar to the media obsessed politicians, and president in particular, that run the show.
I have not spent a lot of time looking at American blogs or news sites particularly about this issue but it keeps cropping up whatever you are looking for. There certainly seems to be a depth of opinion in America that if a company fails then it fails. The market should pick up the pieces and carry on.
I have saved this one for last because it is my favourite.
I cannot even see who is holding this banner aloft but I am warming to them.
This is a sentiment that taxpayers can share across the ocean. Workers of the western world can identify with this at the moment and it is not going to get easier any time soon.
