Prosecution of BNP activists collapses - again

Whenever election time comes around we within the British National Party wonder whose turn it is this year to be arrested.

Not arrested for committing a crime you understand but arrested for leafleting.  this may sound silly to those of you who are new to this but regular as clockwork in the run up to an election some BNP leafleters somewhere will be arrested for distributing literature likely to cause offence to someone or under some discrimination act or other.

Arrests are made, homes searched and families needlessly upset.  Property is always removed.

The fact is that all of our leaflets have to be approved before publication.  Do they really think that we are stupid enough not to get them looked over first?

The media picks up on this as do the opposition and the newspapers will contain stories about British National Party members being involved in distributing ‘racist’ literature.  Third party leaflets will usually contain the ‘news’ as well.

This always happens in the run up to an election just when it can do us most damage and you know what, they are always released without charge straight afterwards with an apology.

An apology that no-one is going to publish and the public will never hear about!

It is about time that this political use of the police forces was stopped.  The coincidences are just too obvious.  This is a co-ordinated attack on a political party using the instruments of state.

The latest case was in Blackburn: - Victory in Blackburn: Eyewitness Report
