The Telegraph carries the story of the launch of the latest high speed Jaguar, the Jaguar XKR speed, this coming march.
I was saddened when Jaguar was taken over by Ford of America and not the slightest bit surprised that they were unable to run it. Having sold the company on to TATA of India who continually use their internationalist position to threaten both government and workers with removal of jobs and processes if their conditions are not met I worry about how long the manufacture of this brand will remain in the midlands.
While it is here though I remain proud of the people who design, test, and build these wonderful pieces of engineering right here in the heart of the nation.
