Tommy Rec update

Just a quick one to update you on the situation with the Tomkinson Road recreation ground.  I will not let this issue drop as from what you tell me in person this is a serious issue for you.

I have still not received a response from the portfolio holder about the future of this recreation ground which leads me to some concern.

I will reiterate here what I have said on previous blog posts that the Warwickshire Police and council officers are happy for lighting to go up to facilitate the possibility of a camera.  This is a course of action that has been proven to work on other playgrounds across the borough.  There is no reason that it should not work here apart possibly from a lack of political will.
