Four fire-fighters from Warwickshire Fire Service died on duty fighting a blaze in Shipston on Stour in 2007.
Three senior fire officers have been arrested in connection with the blaze. The ranks and identities of the three men remain unknown but they played a commanding and organizational role in tackling the fire.
I have three links to the story:

and interestingly this one:
Fire service bosses arrested over warehouse blaze that killed four
The interesting point for me is the following paragraph:
Matt Wrack, the FBU general secretary, said at the time: “We are concerned at the move to arrest these individuals at this stage when all other key players have not even been interviewed.
The tragic event was three years ago. It would do no one any harm to wait until everyone has been interviewed. It is a certainty that if any of these three men is found not guilty their careers and working relationships with colleagues will have been irrevocably affected. The families of both the deceased and the arrested should not be forgotten. Both groups of families will suffer if there has been an incorrect arrest.
The families of the deceased fire fighters will want to be certain that the correct people are charged.
