When French companies cut French jobs you know things are getting bad

Living in Nuneaton I have known many people who used to work for Peugeot in nearby Coventry.  Used to becaude even tjough it was the most efficient Peugeot plant at the time the French closed it for two reasons that they were quite obvious about.  Firstly becaude our employment laws are such that it is far cheaper to close down factories here than anywhere else and secondly but foremost because they close foreign factories before French ones wherever possible as a matter of principle.

With this approach applied as a national principle France will figjt for the Euro as long as possible.  Being one of the two controlling partners they are sucking in other countries markets for their citizens to take benefit from.
